Client Services

Callcredit’s Client Services department is a client-facing function within Callcredit Credit Solutions, and ensures that clients receive the appropriate level of attention and that products are dispatched in line with contractual agreements. The department comprises of the following teams:

Client Management Team:

The primary objective of the Client Management Team is to provide a high quality account management, delivery and issue resolution interface between the Client and the internal business units within Callcredit.  Working closely with the sales teams and other internal functions Client Managers ensure the successful initiation, implementation and delivery of new and existing business.

Client Projects Team:

This team is responsible for the project management of Credit Solutions’ large and medium-sized complex, non-standard implementations from inception through to delivery.   This requires liaison with clients, third party suppliers and internal functions to ensure client contractual requirements are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.

Client Product and Learning Team:

The Client Product and Learning Team is responsible for providing high quality product training to Credit Solutions’ clients, via classroom / 1:1 sessions, or remotely via webex / e-learning.  This team also ensures that product training materials are current and available for use by internal staff.  Roles within this function are client-facing, but also require close contact with sales and consultancy functions to ensure the successful initiation, implementation and delivery of new products via training. 

Sales Consolidation Team:

The primary objective of the Sales Consolidation Team is to provide smooth, high-quality contract and setup process management.  As well as carrying out due diligence and compliance checks the Sales Consolidation Team liaises primarily with internal teams, ensuring accurate input of information into internal systems to feed the legal, billing and client product setup processes. 

Professional Services Team:

As a technical team, Professional Services provide expert integration support and consultancy services to clients in the delivery of Callcredit API’s.  As well as being client-facing, Professional Services also provide technical support for Callcredit business teams during the development cycle for new product deliveries.
